Terms and Conditions

Private Reference Service

This privately owned service is not connected with Wallowa County, WCSO, UCCF, ODOC, a court, or any government office. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, authorize release, or file documents. It provides links and general source-navigation information for Wallowa County records.

Acceptable Use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use automated collection tools without permission.

FCRA Restriction

This service and its advertising or search partners are not consumer reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They do not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or screening services. You agree not to use any material for employment or hiring decisions, housing or tenant screening, credit, insurance, licensing, benefits eligibility, or another purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party Links

Links may lead to government offices, court tools, jail rosters, external locators, and third-party search services. Those sites are not controlled or endorsed by this service. Their information, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own.

No Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. No promise is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Custody and court information can change quickly and is not an official agency statement.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or an external link. You agree to indemnify and hold the service harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs resulting from your misuse or violation of these terms.

Ownership and Changes

Site text, design, marks, graphics, and code belong to Wallowa County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. Terms may be changed at any time, and access may be limited or revoked without notice.

Oregon Law and Severability

These terms are governed by Oregon law, with disputes brought in Oregon courts where lawful. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the invalid part is adjusted only as needed.
